"Been coming here since I was a kid and returning to the Bay Area after 12 years away; Swenson’s was definitely on the list of todo. Sad that my favorite, old fashioned vanilla is no longer on the menu. But happy to see and try new flavors. Tip: don’t skip the cooler of pre-packed ice cream. It’s cheaper. I brought home vanilla, cookie n cream and Swiss orange chip. And if you are not sure what you want, please stand off the the side and let the locals and natives do business."
