long lost friend
"when i was a kid there was an icecream parlor near by, i coukdn't remember the name but they had a flavor i absolutely loved. recently my nephew posted on facebook to name your favorite icecream, which i did. my sister commented "you remember that? " she recalled us driving an hour to take me to swensens after we had moved for my black licorice icecream! now knowing the parlors name im actually in tears , its been over 50 yrs and there it is in your menu! i cant wait to order some."

"We absolutely LOVED this find. Almost all flavors are gluten-free, and staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. We actually waited over an hour and a half for the trolly just to enjoy ice cream here!! It was a much better flavor and price than Ghirardelli square, a totally different experience. We walked back down the hill as we enjoyed our treat. This was a great end to an amazing birthday week."
